General

We use DPD tracked delivery as our preferred courier. Each customer order has a unique tracking number which is provided via email and/or text message in order for you to track your parcel. We offer a free delivery service on every product. Please note all delivery times are “working-days” unless otherwise specified.

We are a UK based company and offer free Express delivery (2-4 working days) on all orders. Orders placed prior to 1pm are processed the same working day. 

All orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) meaning there will be no further unexpected charges.

Returns Procedure

If you need to return a product, please confirm the validity of your return below. A return can be actioned via the "Create a Return" page (located at the bottom of any page) and you will receive an email with approval instructions within 1 hour. 

Return Policy

In the event that you would like to return your item, we accept returns on all orders - unless otherwise stated in the product description. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used.

Returns must be created via our portal within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible. The customer then has a further 14 days to return the item(s) to ourselves.

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags intact.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on return. 

We offer seamless DHL integration, facilitating instant label generation for hassle-free returns. Simply drop off your parcel at a nearby facility with the label attached. Costs are determined by the weight of your items, conveniently displayed in the portal prior to proceeding with the service. Alternatively, you can opt to ship with a courier of your preference, where return instructions are then emailed.

All shipping costs are non-refundable throughout the return process. However, if the item is faulty, shipping costs will also be refunded.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please ensure you declare your package as "returned items" when sending your parcel back, as we will not be liable for any import charges upon the products return.
